The Community Safety Advisory Committee provides a space for residents and community leaders to share perspectives on what safety looks like in our city—today and into the future.

Members help surface concerns, identify trends, and offer insight on issues such as emergency preparedness, neighborhood safety, and overall community well-being. By listening to lived experiences and local expertise, the committee helps the Mayor better understand how safety policies and practices impact our community.

This committee serves in an advisory role, strengthening communication between the City and residents and helping ensure that community safety efforts are informed, thoughtful, and responsive.

Requirements: Love this city and its people. You can be a business owner, a community leader, or a resident.
